I am 24. I have naturally jet black hair but I have dyed it A LOT in the past years and would now like to grow it back to my long, natural beautiful hair I was had. I am quitting smoking after four years and I realized that my hair grew much faster when not smoking. I just learned tonight that smoking cuts off circulation of blood. I also just learned about the No Poo method tonight. I’m very excited to get going!
