I am doing this because I am tired of washing every day and hope to change my hair routine to have healthier, longer hair. I started December 20th during the holidays. I am just using baking soda because I have very oily, thin hair. I did cheat once and used a little shampoo (especially in the back )and it looked frizzy in the pictures that night and very oily the next day so I am back on track! It is very difficult to get to my scalp in the shower with my hair being wet and oily so I am pouring the baking soda and water before I get in the shower. I am reaching around the back making sure I get on the scalp. My friend at work today said it looked good. I am going to try to not wash it all tomorrow, but I will see how it looks.
