I’ve been no poo now since October and I am still struggling to be honest. I went through the horrible stage, came out the other end and it was not as bad as people said but lasted a bit longer than anticipated.
The problem I have now is I go to the gym 5-6 times a week and sweat, and my hair just won’t move beyond the greasy stage. It’s not as bad as at the beginning, but it’s still bad. I use the bi-carb and water for shampoo and apple cider vinegar for conditioner and it’s OK for a couple of days and then it goes back to being bad after a gym session or two. Is anyone else suffering like this or is my hair just not no poo friendly?!
I very rarely wear it out because it feels gross and it doesn’t move cause it’s so greasy. I started this journey with the anticipation that there would eventually be an end, but I just wondered when that is?!
