NEVER USE BICARB ON YOUR HAIR!!! This is what happened to me using the no poo method. I didn’t think at first about putting something on my head that you use as an alternative oven cleaner and also drain cleaner with vinegar.. Absolutely devastating.. thankfully it is slowly regrowing after switching back to normal shampoo.. Don’t trust this method or you might lose your hair like me 🙁
